Free Shipping on orders in the US

Each item is made to order and order processing may take up to 5-7 business days. This means it may take 5-7 business days before the item you ordered is shipped. 

We do not ship on weekends or US Federal Holidays.

Package tracking is the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned/undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus shipping cost.

NOTE: to ensure proper delivery and that your package is shipped in a timely manner, please make sure that your address is accurate. Use correct abbreviations, spaces, etc…We will not be responsible for incorrect information. Once tracking number is provided and the package has shipped, we have no way of modifying the address. 

DISCLAIMER: if the package is marked ‘Delivered’ and you have not received it, please address the issue with your local carrier. Lily and Eve is not held responsible for lost or undelivered packages and will not issue a refund.

Ground Shipment can take up to 8 business days

First Class Mail can take up to 5 business days

Priority Mail can take up to 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery may take up to 2 weeks. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on customs.

It is important to note that tax and duty fees may incur on items purchased. Lily and Eve is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, etc… 

If a package is returned/unclaimed, a full refund will be issued minus the shipping cost and any fees incurred.
