Are your purses really handmade?

Yes, yes they are! Maria, the owner, is the lone sewist with the help of her trusted sidekick, Bob, who asks for nothing in return but be cleaned and oiled. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items are made to order and may take up to 7 days to process.

US domestic orders are shipped via USPS. 

International shipment may take up to 4 weeks for delivery and can only be tracked while in the US; however, priority mail is available and you will be able to track your package in transit. 

Will I receive tracking information?

For US domestic orders, tracking information will be in the shipping confirmation.

International shipment is tracked while in transit in the US.

When will you restock 'sold out' items?

Lily and Eve takes pride in offering limited edition pieces. Once an item is sold out, more than likely, we won't bring it back.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Lily and Eve is an e-commerce shop only.
