Returns

We take great care in packaging the items to ensure that the products you ordered arrive in the same condition it left our studio. 

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return the item within THIRTY (30) days from date of purchase. A refund, excluding shipping cost, will be issued when return is received.

All returns must be unused and free of damage. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be non-refundable.

NOTE: Lily and Eve will not cover shipping cost for returns. Please include the original packing slip.
